About 5 weeks ago I posted an item about an aluminum rim on my Montana 5th wheel that was leaking air. I contacted Rick at Al's service department and asked for assistance getting a warranty replacement from the wheel manufacturer. Please note that at the time I contacted Rick, my Montana was 6 months out of warranty. Nevertheless, Rick and the team at Al's Trailer Sales took ownership of t his problem and today I am pleased to report that I have the warranty replacement wheel. The team at Al's could have sent me away to solve this problem on my own but they did not. I can't say enough good things about the whole team and in particular, Rick and the other techs in the service shop. They have always been very helpful and have gone the "extra mile" to be sure that things were right. Al's can be trusted to help you achieve your RV dreams.

In hopes that it would be what we wanted we asked Al's to prep it for camping. We arrived, toured the unit and bought it on the spot! They set up my truck with a hitch, braking control and we were on our way for 10 days of camping in a perfectly performing unit. We first started talking about hitting the open road about a year or so ago, but knew nothing about RVs, Fifth Wheels or anything else related to the dream we had. So we did our research and asked lots of questions then looked throughout the state of Oregon until things felt right. And immediately upon walking into the office at Al's Trailers, things just felt right. Tim Tornow, instantly put us at ease, informed us of every detail of the Montana 3400 (the fifth wheel we would eventually buy), and took the time and consideration to understand us not only as customers but as fellow enthusiasts. He understood our budget constraints and ultimate desires and really took the time to make things right from the very beginning and his support has never stopped from there. This is the way to do business and we couldn't give him or his staff there at Al's a higher recommendation. Dear Al's Trailers Team:
I just wanted to let everyone at Al's know how much we have enjoyed our experience with the staff at Al's Trailers. We thoroughly enjoy our 2006 Zeppelin II that we purchased in early 2006. When we go to the woods or the coast, it does not matter what the weather is like. Al's staff was great to work with. Our salesman, Terence was easy to talk to and gave us all the information that we needed to make an educated decision when purchasing our trailer. The dealership was very generous with our trade in and the entire experience was very satisfying. I can't mention Al's Trailer Sales without saying how great the folks in the service department have been. They have a great team at the shop, comfortable surroundings and a ton of merchandise.
